Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your E.L.P.O. Membership prior to the end of the term for a pro-rated refund. You must contact the E.L.P.O. Office to request a cancellation, at which time you will be provided with a cancellation form to be completed and returned to us.  The cancellation will be effective as of the date the form is returned.  The pro-rated refund will be determined by the effective cancellation date.  The refund will be processed within 48 hours and the funds will be returned to your credit card or by check depending on your method of original payment.

Event/Course Cancellation

If you need to cancel your event or course registration for any reason, the follow policy will be adhered to:

• Full Refund will be given if you Cancel at least 30 Days Prior to the Start of the Course. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of a written request for event/course cancellation.  Refunds will be made back to your credit card or by check depending on your method of payment.
• If you Cancel less than 30 Days Prior to the Start of the Course, a Refund will NOT be given, but your payment will be Applied towards a Future Course.
• Course Cancellation: If there are insufficient Registrations for a particular course 4 Weeks prior to the Start Date, the E.L.P.O. reserves the right to CANCEL or RE-SCHEDULE the course, so please keep in contact with the E.L.P.O. Office prior to booking Travel Arrangements to make sure the course is still active.
